 RQ-DSL-16R, which is a 16 lane counting machine, is made to pack various types of tablets and capsules (transparent or opaque pills, hard capsules, soft capsules, etc.) in the range of 3-25 mm. This high speed 16-channel new pneumatic electronic counting machine is designed on the basis of the original technology. Modular design of the pneumatic pusher, vibrating trough, pneumatic bottle packing and pneumatic continuous blanking mechanism are adopted by RQ-DSL-16R. The counting photoelectric parts of RQ-DSL-16R adopts one-to-one independent control, which is higher precise, faster and more stable.This automated counting machine can suit for production packaging of scientific research institutions, hospitals, health products factory and small, medium-sized pharmaceutical factories
