The HZP-15/20D pharmaceutical tablet press machine continuously compresses powders and granules into tablets of various shapes, applicable to the pharmaceutical, health product, and food industries. It features a pre-compression system with a pressure of 12KN, a main pressure of 100KN, a maximum tablet diameter of 25mm, and a maximum rotation speed of 110 rpm. Main Features:
1. The turntable is made of high-strength 2Cr13 stainless steel with a hardness of HRC53 or higher, offering strong hardness, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance.

6. The residual powder recycling system recovers residual powder flowing out of the feeder gaps, using the centrifugal force of the main turntable to return it to the powder return turntable for secondary use, improving raw material utilization efficiency.

7. Tablet stabilization system. The machine features adjustable upper and lower pressure values and automatic PLC response, improving tableting stability, low noise, and consistent tablet weight.

8. Pill press tablet press machine employs a high-precision, highly sensitive pressure sensing and acquisition system to monitor the pressure and operation of each mold in real time. If a mold malfunction is detected, such as breakage, the machine will stop immediately.
