As a high-profile automatic counting machine, RQ-DSL-8D is specially developed by Guangdong Rich Packing especially for medium and low speed customers.Based of the original technology, the modular design of the vibrating trough, pneumatic pusher, and pneumatic continuous blanking mechanism are all upgrated. The counting photoelectric uses one-to-one independent control, which has higher precision, faster speed and more stable operation.
The photoelectric detection count of this machine counting adopts one-to-one control, and won't affect each other. It's easy to maintain and clean.The hopper, photoelectric counting channel, feeding pusher and cylinder valve plate adopt modular cylinder solenoid valve system, which can be installed and disassembled as a whole.
