RQ-DSL-16H, which is a 16 lane counting machine, is made to pack various types of tablets and capsules (transparent or opaque hard capsules, soft capsules, pills, etc.) in the range of 3-25 mm. This high speed 16-channel pneumatic electronic counting machine is designed on the basis of the original technology. Modular design of the vibrating trough, pneumatic bottle packing, pneumatic pusher and pneumatic continuous blanking mechanism are adopted by RQ-DSL-16H. The counting photoelectric parts of it adopts one-to-one independent control, which is higher precise, faster and more stable.It can suit for production packaging of hospitals, scientific research institutions, health products factory and small, medium-sized pharmaceutical factories.
This RQ-DSL-16H automated counting machine has an automatic detection and rejection function, and the bottles with inaccurate filling quantities will be rejected. RQ-DSL-16H adopts a sleeve-type filling hopper. And the size of the hopper is customized according to the bottle mouth size.
