Features
1. Easy to maintain and clean.The hopper, feeding pusher, photoelectric counting channel and cylinder valve plate adopt modular cylinder solenoid valve system, which can be installed and disassembled as a whole.
2. The vibrating track adopts a fully enclosed design to prevent dust from falling into the host and causing signal short circuit.
3. This series of electronic counting machine adopts self-made electronic counting technology, infrared 360-degree scanning in the whole process, high precision.
4. Soft candy counter has an automatic detection and rejection function, and bottles with inaccurate filling quantities will be rejected.
5. Gummie counter adopts a sleeve-type filling hopper,the hopper size is customized according to the the bottle mouth size.
6. PLC adopts Panasonic technology, which has versatility, high compatibility, and has an online fault reminder function and etc.
7. Candy counter adopts a new type of double lower hopper design with independent control system and will not affect each other.
8. The vibration groove track adopts a new stepped design to ensure the orderly separation of materials.
