NJP-1200C automatic capsule filling machine can put powder, granules and other materials into all kinds of hollow capsules (000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#). All the production process incorporating sowing, capsule separating, locking, filling, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output can be finished by NJP-1200C. It performs greatly in accurate loading, stable operation and no dust.
The new type of pneumatic blanking of NJP-1200C is adopted, which works better for the material with poor fluidity. The njp1200c automatic capsule filling machine uses the design of clamping groove, which is very convenient for installation and disassembly. NJP-1200C's segmentation part adapts German Cai Si for 3-second (Zeiss) optical dividing head indexing. Indexing shaft can be used for one-time processing with high loading precision.
