ZP 27 model d types can compress the powder and the particles into the tablets with a pressure of 100 kn and the maximum diameter is 40 mm. And 27 D meets the GMP production requirements.
Every station of the 27 D compression machine is safe at first. Not only in the feedings, the pressing and emergency stop protections, through the safety first concepts, we to ensure the safety of the users. In addition the compression machine is also equipped with the pressure overload protection device in order to prevent the equipment from  damaged in case of the overload automatic shutdown.
In the aspect of the preventing secondary dust pollution, we seal the power parts of the pill making machine and place it at the bottom in order preventing the 27 D machine from the contacting with the materials.
The materials of this machine is stainless steel SUS 304, which can not only to prevent materials from the polluting each other, but also to facilitate cleaning. At the same time, the GCr15 material is using in the die, 27D has the advantages of the strong hardness and the good corrosion resistance.
