ZP-27D, a rotary tablet press machine, is suitable for continuously pressing powder and particle into round-shaped tablets, special-shaped tablets, annular and double color tablet. Abide by the GMP idea, the pharmaceutical tablet press product is strictly structured and modularized.
The transmission system of ZP-27D is independently and modularly arranged under the main body of the machine, which can effectively avoid the contamination of medicines with trace debris generated by the friction of the machine during operation.
It's a double layer tablet press machine which uses large angle platform design as far as possible in each part of the ZP-27D's operating surface, to reduce the "ditch ridge" and the exposed nut to make it smooth and without dead angle.  
This tablet press pill press machine has lower pressure wheel shaft and the lower rail guide which are installed with the casting subtraction structure (new patent). It is convenient for disassemble, maintenance and replacement. The bottom of the lower pressure wheel has a discharge hole, which can be easliy washed and discharged with water. The mold, hopper, feeder, outlet slot, scraping plate are disassembly convenient, easily cleaning and maintenance. With good sealing performance, ZP-27D can prevent cross pollution.
