This high-profile electronic counting machine adopts modular design of the vibrating trough, pneumatic pusher, pneumatic bottle packing and pneumatic continuous blanking mechanism on the basis of the original technology. One-to-one independent control is adopted in counting photoelectric device, which has faster speed, higher precision and more stable operation.
This electronic automatic counting & filling machine can pack all sorts of tablets and capsules (transparent or opaque hard capsules, soft capsules, pills, etc.) among 3-25 mm.The RQ-DSL-8D counting and bottle filling machine has an automatic detection and rejection function and bottles with inaccurate filling quantities will be rejected.
