NJP-1200C is the fifth generation of new capsule filling machine. NJP-1200C has six technological innovations and 2 invention patents. NJP-1200C powder capsule filling machine is capable to put powder, granules and other materials into all types of hollow capsules (000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#). All the production process including filling, sowing, locking, capsule separating, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output can be finished by NJP-1200C. It performs well in accurate loading and stable operation .No dust with it.
The new sort of pneumatic blanking of NJP-1200C is adopted, which works better for the material with bad fluidity. NJP-1200C gelatin capsule filling machine uses the design of clamping groove, which is quiet convenient for installation and disassembly. NJP-1200C's segmentation part adapts the special German Cai Si for 3-second (Zeiss) optical dividing head indexing. Indexing shaft is used for one-time processing with high loading precision.
The error rate of working is less than or equal to 3%. All the parts of NJP-1200C auto capsule filling machine are made of stainless steel 316 and the waste recycling part adopts the seven lines of aero aluminum.Owing to the modular design, the noise is even lower than 75DB(A).The total power of NJP-1200C is 5.5KW. The maximum production capacity can be up to 72,000pcs/h.
