NJPL-330C is a new liquid capsule filling machine specially designed for filling liquid, which fills the gap of liquid filling and sealing technology for hard capsules in China. This series of products, with accurate loading and good sealing, improves the safety of the products in the process of storage, transportation and clinical application of products. Liquid capsule filling equipment has wide applicability. Liquid medicines such as oily solution, solution, suspension and paste can be canned. The capsules can be selected in gelatin capsules, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and plant capsules according to the actual needs of customers. Liquid filling capsule machinery can realize the automatic and continuous broadcast capsule, divided the capsule, filling, lock, waste removing and online testing, product output and other production processes, with the load precision (+ - 1-2%), has the advantages of stable operation, no liquid leakage, meet the requirements of GMP.

5. The outlet adopts the matrix to push the top out of the material continuously, and the back row pushes the front row out in turn, effectively preventing the problem from unsmooth discharging.
6. The cooling air drying system adopts the vertical arrangement of capsule, which is applicable to the capsule. The 0-#2 capsule air drying cooling system does not need to replace the mold and saves the time.
7. Rotary design to obtain a patent for utility model, the sealing ring using imported SIL silicone rubber, effectively prevent powder into the internal turntable, good sealing performance, no dust overflow pollution; Transverse biaxial adapt PTFE oil-less bearing, no need refueling; modular structure, equipped with jog operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning, replacement of mold only 15 minutes.
8. Capsule suction, capsule outlet, locking and waste rejection adapt double sealing device, one is imported NBR sealing rubber which prevents the loss of lubricating oil. The other seals use the imported SIL silicone rubber sealing ring to block the liquid into the bearing, which effectively solves the problem of the card machine that the powder enters the bearing.
