NJY-330C is a fully automatic liquid capsule filling machine developed by our company, capable of filling liquid and oil into empty hard capsules. The NJY-330C liquid capsule filling machine adopts a fully automatic continuous operation mode, which can independently complete the entire production process including capsule feeding, capsule separation, filling, locking, rejection, online inspection and finished product output, with minimal manual intervention. The filling accuracy is controlled within ±1-2%, ensuring stable and efficient operation without liquid dripping complying with GMP standards. The liquid capsule filling equipment demonstrates excellent adaptability for special pharmaceuticals such as medicines with low bioavailability and poor water solubility, low-melting-point drugs, low-dose / high-potency medicines, hygroscopic medicines, and medicines requiring high sustained-release performance. This oil capsule filler has become the preferred equipment for the filling and production of such pharmaceuticals, helping pharmaceutical enterprises improve both production efficiency and product quality.

1. Capsule Feeding: Empty capsules (including caps and bodies) are fed into the machine. The oil capsule filling machine is equipped with a capsule positioning system to ensure all capsules are correctly oriented, with bodies facing downward and caps upward.
2. Capsule Separation: The machine separates capsule caps from their bodies. This is typically achieved via vacuum suction or mechanical means, ensuring capsule bodies are ready for liquid formulation injection.
3. Liquid Dosing: Liquid formulations are prepared and stored in a reservoir. A dosing pump or syringe mechanism precisely measures and injects the required volume of liquid into each capsule body. The dosing system is engineered to handle liquids of varying viscosities to guarantee accurate filling.
4. Capsule Closing: Once capsule bodies are filled with liquid, the caps are reattached to the bodies. This process is usually performed by robotic arms or pneumatic systems to ensure secure, leak-proof closure.
5. Sealing (if applicable): For some specific capsule types - particularly those filled with volatile or sensitive liquids - an extra sealing process is necessary. This may involve heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or other suitable methods to prevent liquid leakage and preserve the stability of the capsule contents.
6. Ejection and Collection: Once filled and sealed, the capsules are discharged from the liquid capsule filling machine and collected for subsequent processes including drying, packaging, and quality inspection. Rubber parts are applied to prevent lubricant leakage. Meanwhile, imported SIL silicone gaskets are used in other sealing areas to stop liquid from entering the bearings. This effectively solves the common problem of bearing jamming caused by powder intrusion.
