The oil capsule filler machine has broad applicability, can be used for filling various liquid medicines, including oils, solutions, suspensions, pastes and other materials with different viscosities, and supports 000-3# gelatin capsules, HPMC capsules and plant capsules, realizing flexible application in different pharmaceutical production scenarios. The liquid capsule filling equipment adopts full-automatic control, which can continuously complete the production processes of capsule feeding, separation, filling, locking, waste rejection, online detection and finished product output, with high production efficiency and low labor intensity.

1. The capsule filling sealing machine adopts a scientific modular structure, which is easy to operate and maintain; the replacement of molds can be completed quickly, saving production time.
2. The safety protection system is perfect, with multiple safety protection devices such as emergency stop, door control interlock and material shortage alarm, ensuring the safety of the production process.
3. The online detection system can real-time monitor the separation state of capsule cap and body, automatically reject unqualified capsules, and avoid the waste of materials.
4. The sealing system is specially designed, and the sealing glue is matched according to the capsule type, ensuring tight sealing and no liquid leakage during storage and transportation.
5. The cooling and air-drying system adopts vertical capsule arrangement, which has strong versatility and no need to replace molds for 0-#2 capsules.
6. The turntable adopts imported SIL silicone rubber sealing rings and PTFE oil-free bearings, which have good sealing performance and long service life.
