The RQ-BCL-320W Blister Packaging Cartoner Line is an integrated, fully automatic blister packaging and cartoning production line independently developed by Rich Packing, a leading Chinese manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging equipment. It integrates high-speed blister forming, sealing, blanking, sheet feeding, leaflet folding, carton forming, filling, coding, sealing and finished product output in one system. With a maximum speed of 320 cartons per minute, it is designed for high-volume, GMP-compliant production of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and health products, providing a stable, unmanned turnkey packaging solution.

This Automatic Blister Cartoner line adopts a full-servo intelligent linkage control system to realize high-precision synchronous transmission between the blister unit and cartoning unit, ensuring stable and smooth operation even at maximum speed. The blister part supports both aluminum-plastic (Alu-PVC) and aluminum-aluminum (Alu-Alu) materials, with constant-temperature heat sealing and uniform forming, effectively preventing air leakage and wrinkling. Equipped with high-sensitivity sensors and an optional visual inspection system, it conducts 100% online detection of missing tablets, broken blisters, poor sealing and other defects, with automatic rejection to ensure zero unqualified products entering the cartoning link.
The cartoning unit features a high-speed vacuum carton opening system and precise positioning mechanism, compatible with a wide range of carton sizes. It can automatically fold and insert leaflets, print batch numbers and expiration dates, and complete carton insertion and tongue locking sealing, with stable and reliable action. The modular design allows quick format changeover by adjusting parameters on the SIEMENS HMI touch screen, greatly reducing downtime and improving production flexibility.
