     RQ-DSL-16H electronic capsule counting machine, the seventh generation innovative product of Guangdong Rich Packing, is capable to pack various sorts of capsules and tablets (opaque or transparent hard capsules, pills, soft capsules etc.). RQ-DSL-16H electric counting machine adopts a new sort of double lower hopper design with independent control system and it won't inflence each other.

      The vibration groove track of RQ-DSL-16H adopts a new type of stepped design to ensure its orderly separation of materials.With high integration, RQ-DSL-16H can be connected with front and back end machines according to customer requirements to both improve efficiency and save labor. The PLC touch screen of RQ-DSL-16H vibration counting bottling machine has a lifting adjustment function which is quite convenient for changing various bottle specifications.  

       As for the bottle blocking mechanism of RQ-DSL-16H fully automatic counting machine, it adopted the double air cylinders, and the positioning is very accurate. RQ-DSL-16H is also cost-effective. The maintenance cost of RQ-DSL-16H filling and counting machine is low and the original machine is equipped with wearing parts for one year.
