1. Bottle Unscrambler: Empty bottles are fed into the system via a conveyor. The bottles are precisely positioned under the filling heads by a synchronized star wheel or an indexing conveyor system. The bottle handling system ensures that each bottle is correctly aligned to receive the counted tablets or capsules.

2. Count Filling Mechanism: The counted tablets or capsules are dispensed into the bottles through filling nozzles. The filling mechanism can be designed to handle multiple bottles simultaneously, increasing the throughput of the bottling line.

3. Capping System: After filling, the bottles move to the capping station where caps are automatically placed and tightened onto the bottles. This can involve different types of capping mechanisms, such as screw capping, capping, or induction sealing.

4. Inspection and Rejection System: Filled and capped bottles pass through an inspection system that checks for correct count, proper capping, and other quality parameters. Bottles that do not meet the specified criteria are automatically rejected from the line.

5. Labeling and Coding: The bottles then move to the labeling station where labels are applied. Additionally, batch numbers, expiry dates, and other relevant information are printed or coded onto the bottles.

6. Accumulation and Packing: Finally, the labeled bottles are accumulated on an exit conveyor, ready for packing into cartons or cases. The packing process can be automated or manual, depending on the production setup.
