1. Capsule Loading: Empty capsules (both the cap and body) are loaded into the machine. Oil capsule filling machine has a capsule orienting mechanism that ensures all capsules are positioned correctly with the body facing down and the cap facing up.

4. Capsule Rejoining: Once the capsule body is filled with the liquid, the cap is placed back onto the body. This step often involves mechanical arms or pneumatic systems that ensure the cap is securely joined to the body without leakage.
5. Sealing (if applicable): For certain types of capsules, especially those that contain volatile or sensitive liquids, an additional sealing step may be required. This can involve thermal welding, ultrasonic sealing, or other methods to ensure the liquid does not leak and remains stable inside the capsule.
6. Ejection and Collection: The filled and sealed capsules are then ejected from liquid capsule filling and collected for further processing, such as drying, packaging, or quality control.ing rubber which prevents the loss of lubricating oil.
