NJP-1500D double loader capsule filling machine adopts high precision cam indexing box, it can completely change the past 83DS failure frequency, even the phenomenon of the fracture of force shaft and the output shaft. The continuous operation of NJP-1500D fully automatic capsule filling machine has been guaranteed. The inner groove cam of NJP-1500D capsule making machine filling is formed by CNC machining center just once. NJP-1500D has no splitting, no splicing, no gap and better stability. No noise in the transmission mechanism in high-speed production of the machine. Capsule outlet, Capsule suction, locking and waste rejection adapt double sealing device. One is imported NBR sealing rubber which can prevent the loss of lubricating oil. The other sealing part uses the imported SIL silicone rubber sealing ring to block the powder into the bearing, which can effectively solve the problem of the card machine that the powder enters the bearing.
