NJY-330C is a fully automatic liquid capsule filling machine independently developed, designed and manufactured by our company. This liquid filler machine features precise filling, reliable sealing, and high safety throughout the production process, fully complying with GMP standards. Adopting a fully automatic continuous operation mode, it can independently complete the whole production process with minimal manual intervention, and its filling accuracy is strictly controlled within ±1-2%. This oil capsule filling machine has strong adaptability, which can flexibly handle various liquid pharmaceuticals and multiple capsule types. It has become the preferred equipment for pharmas to improve production efficiency and product quality.

1. The high-precision online detection system can monitor whether the capsule cap and body are separated and in place; if not, the system will automatically reject the capsule without filling liquid, ensuring the qualification rate of finished products.
2. The outlet adopts a matrix continuous push-out discharging method, which effectively prevents unsmooth discharging.
3. The cooling and air-drying system adopts vertical capsule arrangement, with strong versatility; no mold replacement is needed for 0-#2 capsules, saving production time.
4. The turntable design has obtained a utility model patent, using imported SIL silicone rubber sealing rings to effectively block external dust, and the transverse double shafts adopt PTFE oil-free bearings, which require no refueling and maintenance for life.
5. All parts in contact with drugs are made of 316 stainless steel, and the waste rejection device is made of 7-series aviation aluminum, meeting pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
