NJP-1500D, a capsule maker filling machine, can automatically achieve the production process including capsule separating, filling, locking, sowing, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output. With seven main technological innovations and two invention patents, the segmentation of NJP-1500D automatic capsule filling machine adapt German Cai Si for 3 seconds (Zeiss) optical dividing head indexing. The indexing shaft is completed for one-time processing with the high loading precision. The error rate of NJP-1500D is less than or equal to 3%.. 
    Machine maintenance of NJP-1500D capsule filling equipment is very convenient, just need to lubricate the cam once in the capsule filling machine then the grease can be continuously lubricated.This can ensure smooth transmission and no oil leaking, which conforms to the GMP requirements. NJP-1500D fully automatic capsule filling machine adopts rotary design to get a patent for utility model, the sealing ring using imported SIL silicone rubber is capable to effectively prevent powder into the internal turntable, good sealing performance and no dust spill pollution.
