The NJY-330C is a new-generation liquid capsule filling machine independently developed by our company, specifically tailored for liquid filling and canning applications. Boasting high filling accuracy and superior sealing performance, this machine significantly enhances product safety during storage, transportation, and clinical use, fully complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. GMP is designed to minimize risks such as contamination, cross-contamination, confusion, and errors in pharmaceutical production, ensuring the consistent, stable manufacturing of products that meet intended use and registration requirements. This liquid capsule filling machine offers broad applicability, capable of filling a wide range of liquid pharmaceuticals-including oily liquids, solutions, suspensions, and pastes. It automatically and continuously completes the entire production process, from capsule feeding, separation, filling, locking, waste rejection, online inspection, and finished product output.

1. High-Precision Filling: Equipped with high-precision servo motors from France-known for their outstanding performance, stability, and fast response-the machine achieves a filling accuracy with an error of ≤2%. The ceramic pump pull-type feeding method effectively resolves uneven feeding caused by viscous materials, ensuring each capsule is filled uniformly and accurately.
2. High-Precision Online Detection: The capsule filler machine is equipped with a high-precision detection system that real-time monitors whether capsule caps and bodies are properly separated and positioned. If a capsule cap and body are not fully separated, the system automatically rejects the unqualified capsule without filling it, guaranteeing the pass rate of finished products.
3. Reliable Sealing Performance: Sealing glue is customized to match the capsule type selected by the customer, ensuring tight sealing and no liquid leakage-further enhancing product safety and shelf life during storage and transportation.
4. Smooth Finished Product Discharge: The outlet adopts a matrix continuous push-out discharge method, where the rear row pushes the front row to discharge sequentially. This effectively prevents discharge blockages and ensures the production line operates continuously and stably.
5. Efficient Cooling & Air-Drying System: The cooling and air-drying system adopts a vertical capsule arrangement, offering strong versatility. For 0-#2 capsules, no mold replacement is required for the cooling and air-drying system, saving valuable production time and reducing labor intensity.
