Alu-pvc/alu-alu automatic blister packing machine has the functions of automatic forming, feeding, sealing, cutting, counting and batch number coding, which meets the requirements of GMP production.

1. Fully automatic tablet blister packing machine adopts full servo drive, with 0 error in the traction distance, and the maximum traction distance can reach 125mm.
2. The four stations of forming, heat sealing, indentation, and punching and cutting knives of the equipment are all positioned by mandrels, and can be freely adjusted by external handwheels, which greatly facilitates the adjustment and alignment of each station.
3. Modular design of the mold, quick-connect installation of the pull-out slot, convenient and fast replacement of the mold, and the installation of a complete set of molds can be completed in 10 minutes.
4. The cam box adopts the modular design of cast steel, the base level is unified, never deformed, the center of gravity of the equipment is stable, and the noise is low < 75dBA.
5. All molds have been hardened, with strong hardness and an average service life of more than 3 years.
6. Each station is equipped with a digital display scale adjustment device as standard, and the adjusted size and distance are clear.
7. The gelatine capsule blister packing machine adopts a split design, which can be assembled in sections, which is convenient for customers to enter the elevator or small workshop.
8. The heat sealing station adopts double cylinder and double shaft linkage, the pressure is large and balanced, the adhesion between pvc and aluminum foil is good, the lines are clear, and there is no wrinkle.
