This Automatic Blister Cartoner line adopts a full-servo intelligent linkage control system to realize high-precision synchronous transmission between the blister unit and cartoning unit, ensuring stable and smooth operation even at maximum speed. The blister part supports both aluminum-plastic (Alu-PVC) and aluminum-aluminum (Alu-Alu) materials, with constant-temperature heat sealing and uniform forming, effectively preventing air leakage and wrinkling. Equipped with high-sensitivity sensors and an optional visual inspection system, it conducts 100% online detection of missing tablets, broken blisters, poor sealing and other defects, with automatic rejection to ensure zero unqualified products entering the cartoning link.
