RQ-ZH-120L automatic small cartoning machine can packed various products such as aluminum plastic plate and aluminum aluminum plate, electronic cigarette, facial cleanser, ointment, Sealed pouch various bottled products. Box cartoning packing machine can be connected with the blister packing machine, three dimensional transparent film wrapping machine and strapping machine to form a production line.
The cartoning machine small has strong compatibility and can pack products of various specifications on one machine. High degree of automation, from feeding, suction carton,forming, on line transmission,folding of leaflet(1-4 folds), material testing, products and leaflet pushing into carton,printing batch number,with top fold flaps, carton sealing(mechanical sealing or hot melt glue), lack of material detection and rejection all automatically completed.It is high technology product incorporates pneumatic - photo - electro - mechanic with improves work efficiency and reduces labor cost.
This cartoning machine automatic is the preferred products for small and medium sized production in pharmaceutical manufacturing,chemical industry, electronic products and food industry, it meets the requirements of GMP.

1.Dual clutch design, when the main motor overload or folding machine failure, start protection function to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
2.High intelligence,accurate loading monitoring.Detection points are densely distributed in various workplaces, such as feeding, quantity detection , packaging into conveyer belt, number of packages, carton in place and so on. The whole process of inspection and result detection is monitored through the process.
3.Three detection were carried out in the packaging process of the products and instructions, and 100% of the unqualified products were rejected.
4.The feeding part of machine adopts double servo motor,speed up to 120 carton/min,compared with single servo motor,it has fast speed and stable operation.
