Features
1. High intelligence. Detection points are distributed in various workstation, such feeding , loading capacity detection , packaging into conveyor belt detection, quantity of packages inspection, carton in place inspection and etc.If there are no instruction or products in the carton, they will be rejected after detection.
2. The carton machine box adopts a rotating quadrilateral double planetary wheel structure to open the carton, and have two pre-forming devices to ensure the forming effect of the carton and improve the working efficiency.
3. The main motor and paper folding machine are equipped with overload protection device to ensure the safety of the machine and personnel in case of failure.
4. Packing carton machine adopts the latest full servo vibration blanking technology, which has faster blanking speed and higher accuracy, up to 260 cartons per minute at the fastest.
5. The trouble of the auto carton packing machine can be displayed on the touch screen for easy maintenance.
