     ZP-27D is an innovative pharmaceutical pill press machine of our company. It has large output, high efficiency and high cost performance. ZP-27D adopts double pressure mode under the same speed.The output of this tablet making machine is twice than that of single pressure. the dies are 27 and the maximum pressure is 120KN, the maximum tablet diameter is 25mm, the maximum output is 55000/hour, the maximum filling depth is 35mm, and the maximum tablet thickness is 17mm. 

     The equipment of this rotary tablet making machine has high precision, sensitive adjustment, stable weight, and smooth operation. The bottom of the lower pressure wheel has a discharge hole, which is able to be easily washed and discharged with water. The mold,  feeder, outlet slot, hopper, scraping plate are disassembly convenient, easily cleaning and maintenance. With the good sealing performance, ZP-27D can prevent cross pollution.

     The hole of upper punch, lower punch and middle mold, the axis of outer circle to the core of the shaft hole coaxiality is H8 (-0.165/0).The contact parts of die hole surface and the upper and lower die and rail roughness of ZP-27D Ra≤1.6μm, the feeder is tin bronze (ZQSn6-6-3) material, the surface of nickel chromium, and the bottom roughness Ra≤0.8μm. The sensitivity of hand wheel is 0.1mm.The upper and downlink rail motion adopts the cosine curve, and the acceleration is up to 0, no jump and more stable operation.
